Group 3 will begin practicing from 6-7PM on Tuesday and Thursdays at the Martinsburg High School Dance Room.
Group 2 will be practicing from 7-8:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursday’s at the Martinsburg High School Dance Room.
Group 1, will be practicing on Monday at Martinsburg High School Dance room from 6-8 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Sports Plex in Martinsburg.
Practice location is at Martinsburg High School in the Dance Room. Go to the rear of the school (Queen St to Wilson to Maple)
Park on the side ( in the blacktop lot or the gravel lot) of the High School – walk between the Tennis Court and School.
Follow the sidewalk to Door #18
You will not pass the outdoor class room to get to the door if you walk between the 1st tennis court and the school.
Always check this schedule for possible exceptions.
- Wear appropriate work out clothes. No jeans, zippers, buttons, jewelry.
- No street shoes on the mat and no wrestling shoes on the streets.
